La comunicación se realiza vía Ethernet y/o GPRS con Dual SIM. El enlace bidireccional supervisado de los detectores y accesorios se realiza por radiofrecuencia o por comunicación por cable siguiendo sus propios protocolos, Jeweller, Wings (868 MHz) & Fibra, obteniendo la certificación de Grado 2.

    El enlace inalámbrico logra gran fiabilidad gracias a su avanzado protocolo Jeweller con cifrado de alta seguridad AES. El exclusivo sistema de supervisión instantánea e inteligente detecta la inhibición de la señal identificando un determinado tiempo de inactividad y a su vez permite reducir los costes de mantenimiento ya que logra alargar considerablemente la vida de las baterías de los detectores sin comprometer la seguridad. La señal inalámbrica es capaz de cubrir distancias de hasta 2 km en espacio abierto. También incluye funciones para facilitar la instalación, como el soporte inteligente (Smart-Bracket) o el sencillo enlazado de los detectores al sistema de alarma.

    Por otro lado, la comunicación por cable, Fibra, amplía las posibilidades de instalación en estructuras metálicas y de hormigón. Dispone de 8 entradas de bus con cable de 4 hilos consiguiendo un alcance por línea de hasta 2 km. Acepta las topologías de conexión bus, estrella y anillo para ajustarse a cualquier tipo de instalación.

    Permite hasta 100 zonas tanto inalámbricas como cableadas, permitiendo la posibilidad de agrupar dichos dispositivos hasta en 9 grupos diferentes, sobre los que se podrá realizar las diferentes acciones de armado, armado parcial, desarmado. Estos dispositivos de Ajax tienen diferentes configuraciones posibles tales como zona de 24 horas, zona con retardo de entrada o salida…

    El panel FIBRA-HUBHYBRID-W dispone de una entrada de alimentación AC 110-250 V y otra entrada para batería de respaldo de 12 V recargable con duración de hasta 60 horas.

    La triple comunicación Ethernet y dual SIM GPRS es su principal ventaja para el acceso remoto, tanto para el usuario como para el instalador, ya que permite su conexión a través del software para PC AJAX PRO Desktop y de las aplicaciones móvil para iOS y Android Ajax Security Systems (usuario final) y AJAX PRO: Tool for Engineers (profesionales). Mediante estas aplicaciones es posible configurar la totalidad del sistema, gestionar los usuarios y sus permisos, añadir los dispositivos, agruparlos en estancias y modificar las configuraciones de los mismo. El uso de la nube es compatible con IP dinámica sin necesidad de abrir puertos.

    El usuario de Ajax disfrutará de múltiples ventajas, ya que podrá recibir notificaciones fiables e instantáneas tanto en el software de escritorio como en las aplicaciones para móvil.

    Como complemento adicional al sistema de alarma Ajax, desde la aplicación móvil se podrán agregar hasta 25 cámaras IP o canales de videograbador para poder verificar en directo el flujo de vídeo.
